Before purchasing this sponsorship please note that your $400 payment covers the inclusion of one (1) item in the event-attendee bags and that: 

1] You are responsible for the production of your own promo item AND

2] The item is subject to approval by NYC SHRM (it is recommended that you share a proof of your item before going to production) AND

3] Your item must be delivered to our headquarters (NYC SHRM, 330 W. 38th Street, Suite 1105, New York, NY 10018) NO LATER THAN 4/28/2025
