Join NYC SHRM and Justworks for an evening of exploration, creation, and community at AI “Hack” & Sip: The HR Build-Off.
Enjoy light bites and drinks while connecting with fellow HR pros and seeing just how easy it can be to start building with AI.
In this hands-on session, two HR leaders will guide you through the process of creating practical Custom GPTs designed for everyday HR work. Then you’ll team up with peers, work from sample HR data, and build your own HR-ready AI tool from scratch.
Together, we’ll spend the evening collaborating in small groups to design and build AI tools that make HR work smarter. Each team will have the opportunity to share their creation in a casual show-and-tell, where a special panel of judges will review the builds and recognize one standout team whose work best balances innovation, practicality, and creativity.
Bring your laptop (ChatGPT Plus account encouraged) and get ready to collaborate, experiment, and sip your way to a smarter HR toolkit.
Instructions for building entry will be sent to registrants ahead of the session.
