Your organization has decided to hire recent college graduates. Leadership is looking to the Human Resources Department to get your new hire as productive and motivated as possible in a short period of time to compete more effectively in today’s fast-paced world, where time, productivity and employee engagement matter more than ever. This seminar will feature a panel of experts (bios of panel to be provided when available) who will present practical insights and recommendations on how to build an awesome onboarding experience in your organization.

Learn how to quickly align new employees with your mission, vision and values, and help them learn how to succeed in your organization no matter what area they work in. During this seminar our panel of experts will share their best practices to: • Create a structured, consistent onboarding experience while determining what’s important to the new employee • Quickly get your team productive and help them succeed • Find the right balance of training and on-the-job experience during the onboarding process • Tell the story of your mission, values, and culture by using company advocates • Create best practices for hiring managers to efficiently complete onboarding processes In addition to the panel of experts, two college graduates who recently transitioned from college to the workplace will provide their insights and recommendations.

This program is being submitted for 1.5 SHRM or HRCI credit hours
