About the PSS Circle of Care:

PSS Circle of Care is a multi-service agency recognized as a leader in the fields of Social Services and Caregiver Support.  Thanks to a grant from the NYC Department of Health and the NYC Department for the Aging, PSS Circle of Care can work with your organization to help build internal benefit programs or provide general service to working caregivers at your organization.


Key benefits provided by PSS Circle of Care:

·        Caregiver 101 seminars to your staff about being a caregiver, including workshops for caregivers of those with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia

·        One-on-one care consultation for family caregivers and help developing a care plan

·        Referrals to resources and assistance in enrolling for vital entitlements

·        Short-term respite opportunities (e.g. in-home care or adult day services)

·        Caregiver Support Groups-- in person, by phone or online
