Talent Development SIG Presents:

Building Leadership Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a concept that has been around, in one form or another, for thousands of years. And today, as we experience an onslaught of stimulation brought to us by technology and the demands of often increasingly frenetic lives, some of us wish for a way to just pause—to slow down enough to restore our equilibrium, to focus, and to become more purposeful and effective as leaders, team members and even humans!

Steve Safier and Deborah Brown, consultants with Korn Ferry, will introduce us to Mindfulness through a broad ranging discussion and some deceptively fun and easy exercises.  We will explore ways that corporations can incorporate mindfulness into their leadership programs and, ultimately, build stronger organizational growth for the future.
