Workplace: Accommodation and Inclusion


This session will explore the intersection of religion and sexual orientation in the workplace.  Some of the key areas addressed will include:
  •   Explore recent trends, statistics and current events that make the case for why companies should address both religious and LGBT identities in the workplace.
  • Review case law and legal mandates pertaining to religious accommodation in the workplace as it relates to LGBT and religious inclusion.
  • Identity best practices to promote inclusive and accommodating work environments for employees from diverse religions and the LGBT community.
